Our referral fee is negotiable and agreed in writing up front. It is paid brokerage to brokerage at closing, in line with RECO rules and the Trust in Real Estate Services Act (TRESA). Referral fees are paid only to licensed brokerages, and the client receives written disclosure of the referral arrangement.
