As a Sales Representative with Team KING, Shawn has shown a strong commitment to leadership, collaboration, and professional growth within the real estate industry. His appointment as YLN Ambassador recognizes his passion for connecting with others, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the future of real estate both locally and across the RE/MAX network.

The RE/MAX Young Leaders Network (YLN) is an exclusive internal community for RE/MAX agents under the age of 40. The network focuses on building meaningful connections through mentorship, referrals, education, and collaboration, while encouraging innovation and leadership development. Through online platforms, special events, conferences, and educational resources, YLN supports the next generation of real estate professionals.

In his role as Ambassador, Shawn will serve as a local champion for the Young Leaders Network—bringing agents together across Northern Ontario, encouraging the exchange of ideas and best practices, and helping strengthen connections within the broader RE/MAX community.
