🏒Pond Hockey with Purpose: Sudbury Real Estate Team Helps Raise $20,000 for Charities.

Aleks McTaggart and Shawn Boucher proudly represented Team KING | RE/MAX Crown Realty at the 2026 Pond Hockey Festival on the Rock, joining fellow agents on Team RE/MAX for a weekend of hockey, community, and giving back.

Now in their second year participating in the event, both Aleks and Shawn continue to embrace the opportunity to support meaningful causes while connecting with other professionals in a fun and active setting. For Aleks, the tournament has become something he looks forward to every year. Although he started playing hockey later in life, he has developed a strong passion for the game and has been playing recreationally ever since.

While Team RE/MAX didn’t place in the tournament standings, they scored big where it matters most, making a difference in the community. The 2026 Pond Hockey Festival on the Rock raised an incredible $20,000 in support of Camp Quality and NOFCC (Northern Ontario Families of Children with Cancer), helping provide essential programs and support for families across Northern Ontario.

Events like this highlight the power of community involvement and teamwork beyond real estate. It’s a chance for members of our Sudbury real estate team to come together, build relationships, and proudly represent Team KING while supporting causes that truly matter.
